I am not aware: Of any connection, but vitamin d deficiency is very common in all women, whether they have sjogren's or not. It's easy to test for and treat with daily d3 replacement, no matter what the cause or connection.

Insufficient intake: There are two ways to get vitamin d.  Your body makes it when you are exposed to the sun, or you can take it in your diet.  Vitamin d tends to be found in fish (usually cold water) and eggs.  There's some in fortified milk, but not enough.  Over all, it's pretty hard to get enough from your diet unless you eat huge amounts of certain fish or take a supplement, so i recommend supplements.

Speak with your doc: It sounds as if your doctor is doing a diagnostic work up to include your parathyroic gland.  If this is the case she may also order tests to visualize the gland as well as your bones.  You may have had a recent fracture or problem that she is addressing. No but: Low vitamin d levels are associated with an increased incidence of autoimmune disorders.  Autoimmune thyroiditis is one autoimmune disorder that can cause infertility, and there are others.

: Your vitamin D level is quite low even you have a lot of sun shine in Pakistan, probably your skin is dark.
There are some studies confirming the effect of vitamin D in women' sexual function.
You need to take vitamin D supplement to raise the level to at least 20. By my experience, 2,000 IU or 50 mg a day of vitamin D3 daily will be enough. Initially take a loading dose of 5,000 IU/day x 90 days.
