Implantation bleeding is much more common on the internet than in real life.: It occurs rarely and exclusively in someone who is pregnant. The only way to know if someone had implantation bleeding or just irregular menstrual bleeding is to wait and see if you are pregnant. If your test is positive then this was implantation bleeding. If it is negative then it is just irregular menstrual bleeding.

Need more history: Are you sexually active? (pregnancy a risk)
Did you have high stress (can throw the cycle off)
Need more cycles to see if it is a recurrent issue.

So pregnancy test if indicated. Otherwise wait for 1-2 more cycles if no other associated complaints.

There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

If you are no longer confident in their opinion it would be appropriate to see somebody else for their assessment.  This sounds unremarkable on the surface, but have not examined you.  Good luck.

Breakthrough bleed: Breakthrough bleeding (bleeding at the wrong time)  is very common on birth control . It happens in about 11% of users. Its no big deal and usually self corrects over time.  If you are not satisfied or it continues to happen  then consider using a different birth control method. It is a common side effect and does not mean something is wrong or that the pill is not working.

Probably not: I am not quite sure if the period finally came or is being delayed. If it came, then it is good, the fact you had spotting after cryo is ok, somewhat expected. The only concern might be pregnancy. If still in doubt, do pregnancy test. If negative, i would simply wait for next period. Period irregularities are common and most of them are benign.
