Inflammation: Those products won't eradicate inflammation. Specific treatment with three antibiotics and bismuth for 2 weeks is usually successful in eradicating H.Pylori and ppi medications like nexium or protonix treat inflammation. In my opinion probiotics aren't helpful in treating gastritis.

What for?: Why are you taking it? Did a doctor prescribe it? It is not doing you any good. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Keep track of how you feel after meals in a diary. Many times using a acid suppressor medication like Nexium or Protonix on a regular schedule will result in cure over the next 4-6 weeks. Pepcid is another good option. Hang in there!!
