Carpal tunnel: It certainly could be carpal tunnel syndrome, a pinched nerve in your wrist which makes your fingers go numb. See a hand surgeon for an examination and treatment.

Many things: You could have numbness from compressed nerves in the neck, the upper shoulder or problems with the nerves themselves.
There could also be problems with blood flow in the arm.
Your family md can perform a physical exam and clear a lot of this up for you along with an MRI as warranted.  He'll refer you on to a neurosurgeon or neurologist as needed.

Could be heart: At 50yo he should be checked out by a medical professional. He may need a stress test and blood pressure/cholesterol determination. Less dangerous is the possibility that he is holding his shoulder too tight from stress and it is pinching the nerves to the armpit. But, better safe than sorry. He might need to be on a daily aspirin. It's time to have this checked out.

Means you need eval: Fast heart rates can mean an arrythimia and left arm numbness could be an anginal equivalent. You need a full history and physical, ekg , labs, stres test , holter etc.

chest pain: It might due to your t1-3 thoracic nerve root irritated if the pain is sharp, burning, radiating and the pain increased with skin irritation.  If the pain is dull, and you feel heavy of chest, you need see your family doctor to have cardiac check.

: Not fully feasible to take your description and apply clinically, BUT, problems with the left arm suggest mechanical compression of nerve roots on left.  The ruptured disc may be impacting spinal cord function focally which could be reflected in asymmetrical reflexes.
Discuss films and clinical situation with a neurosurgeon, and consider an EMG study for left arm.  Therapeutic decisions needed.

Many possibilities: That can be a nerve problem, stress or anxiety  related, migraine or related headache, and rarely cardiac, especially at your age if you have no cardiac history.  It may also be related to a past injury, for example if you are or were an athlete, from inflammation or a disc problem.  You really have to get that checked out by someone who can examine you in person and get a better history.
