Hedache: You could be suffering from frontal or occipital hedache or both, most likely stress induced. Also you need to get vision check up. If you develop site defect, which is unrecognised you get similar hedaches. Atypical migraine also could cause similar hedache. Consult your physician.

Sinus congestion: In most cases, this symptom is related to sinus congestion. When your sinus passages are not open, they cannot equalize pressure well, so when your head is down, the pressure increases. You can try a decongestant to help alleviate these symptoms. If you are having prolonged fevers, infection can cause this.  Allergies can also cause these symptoms.

: In my many years of practice I've never encountered this peculiar symptom. I doubt any pathology. At this time my advice is to try your best to ignore it.

Pain?: YOu didn' t mention if you were having head pain.  this could be a migraine.  brain tumors don't cause symptoms that come on in a week sx with masses in the brain such as brain tumors progress for months.  We need more history.  pain?  stomach upset?  diarhea? fever and chills?

Osteopathic Doctor: Consult with a doctor or osteopathic medicine that is using manual manipulation.  Some physical therapist are also trained in osteopathic manipulation.  This is not a chiropractor!

3 second headache: For a headache that is this short and transient, the most common cause would be arthritis in your neck or pressure on a nerve passing between the verebra of the neck. More rare conditions include multiple sclerosis, brain tumors, post-concussion syndrome. Do these headaches interfere with function at all or interrupt things you have to do? That is the point at which medical consultation will help.

Vertigo: It maybe vertigo. This is a sensation of movement when you are not. It can be made worse or initiated with changes in head or body position. It can lead to unsteadiness. You should be seen by your doctor for an initial evaluation.

Time to see Eye Dr.: Your nausea and feeling of unbalanced may be coming from the jerk nystagmus you're experiencing. If it's been going on for 5-6 months and not relieved, it's time to see your eye doctor, so that it can be evaluated, and not leave your feeling debilitated.
