: The wording  says the material inserted during the procedure only exited the tube(s) under pressure. If something inserted from below has a hard time getting through, it would be hard for an egg to passively move into the tube from above to be ready for conception. Please discuss this with your OBGYN.

: Radiologists may perform studies slightly different.  HSG stands for HysteroSalpingogram.  As far as the "control" radiograph, I assume it is what we commonly call a "scout' film.  An x-ray over the abdominal area before contrast is injected into the uterus, which in this case appeared normal."Free spill" of contrast generally indicates the fallopian tubes are open, no evidence of blockage.

: Yhe tubes are blocked and dilated. It usually means that pregnancy is difficult or not possible

Possibly.: It means the right Fallopian tube has demonstrated that it is patent(open), and the left has not.  It is possible to conceive naturally with one patent tube....talk to your doc about the results and what they mean for you.

Not with medicine : It is not possible to open Fallopian tubes with medication. It sounds like your tubes are patent though. Each case needs to be evaluated individually. Ask the ordering physician to go over your results with you and discuss the next steps
