You have sinusitis: and will need antibiotics for at least 3 weeks, if not 4.  Longer term antibiotics have been shown to help reduce recurrent sinus infections.  Once the infection is done, you will need to see ENT to figure out with your nasal cavity has polyps or deviated septum that is fixable.

how can an mri, ct, 2 colonoscopies & an egd fail 2 find cause of dark gi bleeding, steatorrhea, and >1yr recurring fever? besides  polyp + some random inflammation in antrum & sigmoid, no answers :(.

May have Crohns?: U'r dark GI bleed is then likely coming from u'r small intestine. There is such a procedure as a capsule Endoscopy, but an EGD alone only go's to the duodenum. small intestine very difficult to look into. With the recurrent fevers inflammatory bowel disease is possible, but other autoimmune disorders should also be considered like lupus. May want to see a Internal Medicine doc or rheumatologist.

No relation: There is no relation between the amount of bleeding you have and the quality of your eggs.

CT finding: The finding of an isolated polyp or retention cyst on a CT scan does not need to be
treated unless you have other symptoms of sinusitis.

mri showed a 3cm polyp in the floor of the left maxillary sinus and a 1cm lipoma in the left frontal sinus. i  have eye problems. what does this mean?

Probably unrelated: Benign growths confined to the sinuses wouldn't cause eye problems.  You may need treatment for the growths, which would be referral to an ENT surgeon who can remove them.  Talk to your doctor, the one who ordered the mri.

observation  needed: Small % of polyps will develop cancers , especially the  large ones , small ones could be observed , if they are large ones ( 2 cm ) should be removed by cholecystectmy

Skin tag.: This is a lesion on your skin that has no chance of becoming cancer.  It is formed of skin cells and is sometimes called a skin tag or acrochordon.

Confusing: Most colon cancers are adenocarcinomas. Thus if your polyp has adenomatous compeonents found microscopically by the pathologist, then it would be considered a precancerous polyp or if iot showed microscopic evidence of dysplasia it too would be considered precancerous.

There are higher odd: Some people are more prone to form polyps. So if you have had the polyps removed before, you are considered higher risk for more polyps and advised to undergo colonoscopy in 5 years, as opposed to 10 years for someone who did not have any polyps in their first colonoscopy.
