: It sounds like there's nothing wrong. Pain is produced anywhere in the body by strong pressure. I suggest you stop checking. If you have no symptoms without the pressure, you can be sure there's nothing to worry about.

Hard to breath: This is very unusual for your age. There may be throat strept infection or asthma or something else. You want to have it checked by your doc.

Referred pain: Inflammation on one side of the throat can be felt deep in  the ear on the same side. This is called "referred ear pain" usually it's an i fiction but if its not improving get it looked at to rule out something bad.

Lymph Node: We frequently will have lymph node pain when our bodies are fighting infection (sometimes it's from viruses that we don't even know about).  Could also be from other causes like inflammed saliva glands (parotitis).

Burning throat: Greetings. The burning throat should be evaluated by an ENT doc. Not sure if you have voice changes or swallowing difficulty but an endoscopic evaluation is probably a good idea if your meds for reflux isn't working. It may take more time and you may add an antacid as needed. Reduce the acid in your diet, sleep with your head elevated, avoid eating before bed, lose weight and st smoking may help.

Possibly: Allergies cause the typical nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and watery eye symptoms. They can cause irritation or itchiness in the throat as well.  You should get evaluated by ENT doctor who does allergy testing and also get a detailed head and neck exam to check your throat for other potential problems.
