Wrist pain: Have you had any recent injuries?  Overuse(twisting and lifting motions,repetitive use), strain, sprains, carpal tunnel syndrome and a broken bone can all cause wrist pain. Rest, elevation, icing, and NSAIDs (ibuprofen,naproxen) for the next 3 days if the pain continues follow up with your doctor for an evaluation.
