Accepted Answer

Possible, but: It's possible for stress to lead to hives, etc.  It's also possible for dyes in clothing and/or laundry detergents to cause this; so can using a new soap or other product on yourself.  You may want to see your physician if this is happening frequently.

i take a warm or hot shower and dont use any soap or shampoo and i get rashes on my neck. had a rash on my chest too but its no longer ,neck only?

Need exam for Dx: Many things can cause a rash on chest and neck.  If you are not bathing with soap, then that can be eliminated, but clothing often has soap/softener residue.   People with atopic dermatitis will often get a rash from friction of clothing around the neck or areas that perspire.  Seborrheic dermatitis is common in hairy areas.  Psoriasis can occur anywhere.  Tinea versicolor is fungus on chest/back.

Dermatitis: Dermatitis is an allergic response by your skin to anything irritating. It could be something you ate, something new you used near your skin or a response to an environmental allergen such as a pet or pesticide. Use an oral Antihistamine for itch relief and antiinflammatory effect.

Tinea: Most common rash that can occur would be tinea versicolor or tinea corporis. You may need to get checked to figure out which one it is before it can be treated.

Detergent or softener: Might be due to residual detergent or fabric softener  in your clothes. Try eliminating fabric softener especially the sheets tat are used in the dryer. Switch to Ivory free and double rinse your clothes

PImples?: Do they look like pimples?  Do note that Amoxicillin often causes a skin rash if you have taken it within the past week or two.
