Left SVC: Persistent left sided svc is not too rare. If persistent, it will drain into the coronary sinus. The coronary sinus will dilate and drain into the right atrium, like the normal right sided svc.
The net result is the return venous blood flow still makes it to the right atrium either way.
 Wouldn't normally think of a dilation of the main pulmonary artery as typical with a persistent svc.

altogether i copd, aortic valve insufficiency,  bradycardia, and sick sinus syndrome with repaired right coronary anomaly what can i expect?

Multiple problems: You COPD and aortic valvular insufficiency could worsen in future and you could feel more shortness of breath and in long run could develop heart failure from these. Repaired right coronary anomalies could get anastmotic stenosis in long run. Sick sinus and bradycardia- you need a pace maker. If you have one, need regular device checks. Need periodic follow-up with cardiologist/pulmonologist, pcp.

son 15 has pots and syncope low sa node and one son 14 bradycardia and coronary fistula to pulmonary artery.could they be wrong and it be sick sinus?

POTs and Syncope: There is growing recognition of this condition.

Pots is a situation where there is an inappropriate heart rate increase to low blood pressure, but typically dont see more than just a sinus tachycardia.

Sick sinus syndrome tends to have more abnormal findings on ecg.

I am sure you have a cardiac specialist to whom these questions should be addressed.

No test is 100%: accurate so of course it is possible to miss a coronary anomaly on MRI. Discuss your concerns with your health care provider who has all your history and test results.

Causes of Syncope: What medications are you on? Yes SSS can manifest without any cardiac diagnoses.

What was the diagnosis given? There are many other causes for passing out.

Pursue with the diagnosis.

Pretty safe: With known stable coronary disease, precautions, oxygen, Nitroglycerin  maintain blood reassure are some of the keys.

No: However, there is a reason for sinus tachycardia which may lead to further cardiac difficulties. Get checked for possible reasons.

Probably very low: But a lot depends on family history of sudden death and any more malignant arrythmias.
You may want to have an event monitor placed and get an excercise treadmill test even though you are still youmg this is to look at any excercise induced arrythmias you may develop..
Many young people have arrythmias that resolve as you get older.

No: Inappropriate sinus tachycardia is having a high heart rate unrelated to exertion.  No connection.
