High calcitriol: High Calcitriol (especially if you have normal 25 hydroxy vitamin d) can be a sign of immune system overload. Since 1, 25 dihydroxyvitamin d (calcitriol) down regulates some immune responses, activated macrophages will convert 25 hydroxy into 1, 25 dihydroxy. Many patients with "autoimmune diseases" have this pattern. You must find the cause of your immune system problem.

Nothing: There is no evidence that vitamin d deficiency causes a high rbc count.  A hematologist should be consulted to see what might be the cause of the high rbc count.

Many things: Ebv positive can just mean past exposure. A low vit d 3 indicates a need for vit d3 but one should look for stressors that increase free cadmium that breaks down 25-oh vit d3.  A high level of vit b6 may just mean that one took a supplement with b-6 close to the time the blood was drawn.  Develop a healthy life style, avoid dairy, wheat, and sugar which  can cause diarrhea and yeast overgrowth.

Vitamin D deficiency: Vitamin d deficiency occurs from lack of sun exposure and inadequate vitamin d supplements.  Over time it can cause bone loss and possibly other problems.  Your physician can guide you in how much vitamin d to take.

Context: Most adults in the usa avoid sunlight and don't eat enough vitamin d, so especially at the end of winter, deficiency is almost the norm. The ANA means nothing out of context and many people, including those with possible arthritis, have a titer like yours. Ultimately the diagnosis of lupus etc will be made clinically. Best wishes.

Hyperparathyroidism: Adenoma of the parathyroid glands can raise the blood calcium level. The adenoma can be removed surgically.

Replace vitamin d: Vitamin d deficiency is very common. You need vitamin d to absorb calcium from the intestines.  When you don't have enough vitamin d, in order to keep your blood calcium levels normal, your make more PTH to pull calcium from the bones and that raises the alkaline phosphatase. Replacing vitamin d should normalize all the tests.

i just got blood work back. my vitamin d and folic acid is low. my unsaturated ibc is high at 352. what does this mean? from what i find online it could mean low iron??

Tests: Your UIBC is a measure of your unsaturated iron binding capacity.  Range for this test is 	120 – 470 µg/dL.  In conjunction with a serum Iron the test is valuable. Vitamin D levels effect calcium levels and other body processes. Supplemental vitamin D may help.  
Low folate levels can be associated with anemia too, but that is a macrocytic or big blood cell anemia where as iron deficiency is small

Low vitamin D: Can lead to higher PTH levels, which should normalize w/d replacement. If not, need to look for other causes such as a parathyroid adenoma or benign tumor of the parathyroid gland. Also make sure she is not receiving hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) diuretic, which can increase pth. Calcium needs to be checked, and if BUN is still high, she may need better hydration. Check w/doctor about her renal status.

Nothing: Elevated CRP means nothing in this context. You do need to get a little bit of sunlight and/or some supplemental vitamin D and keep an eye on the nodules. Report any that start growing fast.
