It usually: means there is some lung scarring there, but it could be a variety of other causes.  That area is not well seen on routine chest xrays due to overlapping normal structures.

I assume: you are referring to a chest xray?  "Suspicous densities" is not very specific, but it sounds like you have abnormal findings(e.g. mass,nodule,infiltrate,scarring) that might require further evaluation with a CT scan or other tests.  Talk to your doc about what the results mean. No way to tell based on limited info how serious it might be.  Take care.

It most likely: refers to an inactive Tuberculosis infection...in many areas of the world a quite common finding however 
your  Primary Care Provider might wish you to have additional testing and possibly some (preventative) medication!  Ask him/her!!

Lung Densities: you need to discuss this with the ordering/examining doctor as they have your history, your results and have done an exam.  They are in the best position to explain things and give you advice.

Follow up: Small nodules are hard to diagnose as biopsy can miss them. Furthermore, it seems there are several in your case.  Depending on the size things like pet scan can give us clues but usually we follow with another imaging to see if they are changing or growing. Ggo (ground glass opacities are the same) and it seems  stable in your case. I am sure another ct is anticipated.

Lung densities: Will depend on where your live and if you have been around bat guano such as in caves.  And where your were born and raised. Discuss with Dr. who knows all of these things or will ask you about them.

Pulmonologist: This xray finding doesn't answer whether this is tb or whether it's active or dormant. It's important that you be evaluated by a pulmonologist or a specialist in infectious disease and the appropriate testing will be done.
