Context: I can drive my own neutrophil count to levels that would make my colleagues worry about leukemia simply by spending fifteen minutes swimming in the lake in march. High neutrophil counts may mean anything from stress of illness / life to serious infection to minor infection to leukemia. Your physician will agree that no number means anything in isolation.

Allergic Rxn, error,: Neutrophils are normally 45-74% in a count of wbc's while eosinophils are normally 0-7%.  You might have a high count from an allergic reaction to something or it might be that some neutrophils might have been mistaken for eosinophils.  Either way, this does not seem abnormal enough to indicate an underlying disorder.  A repeat count would be advised.  See your doctor.

Usually an infection: The absolute neutrophil count is the product of the  % neutrophils & total wbc. A high absolute neutrophil count  is usually seen in many types of infections. Other causes are inflammatory conditions, stress, medications like steroids, lithium, injections like growth factors, cushing's disease and sometimes some forms of chronic leukemia or myeloproliferative disorders ( blood disorder).

Probably not: Significant if you have normal total WBC count and you don't have any symptoms.  If you want to be sure, you can have your doctor repeat the test in a few weeks just to be sure.
