Unsure: for your age, i would ask to see if you had a mammogram. Maybe you recognize lumps in your breast only after sex. If there are nodularities or bloody discharge, seek a formal evaluation to put your mind at rest.

No: You may just be having some muscle soreness subsequent 
to exercise
if the symptoms involve any arm symptoms or have a cardiac history you migh need a cardiac evaluation.

Not all breast : Tissue is fatty. You may be feeling underlying structure - for mass please be medically evaluated.

Some possibilities: Could be an enlarged gland, which in turn could be related to infection or cancer; cancerous gland enlargement (in general) tends to grow more slowly and be less painful than infection-related gland enlargement.  Could also be a localized fatty tumor, and could be many other things.  Best to see MD, and take pics of the lump at times when it looks different; bring pics with you.

what does it mean when you have a shortness of breath and it's hard to breath? ok, my chest feels heavy and it's kinda hard to breath it first started yesterday with weeziing a few hours after i went swimming.

Hello. : Hello. I can't diagnose your symptoms.  However, if you have been exercising and develop chest tightness and wheezing, you could have some exercise induced reactive airway disease. If you have a little cold or virus, this could also be the cause. It sounds like a one time occurence. However, if this continues, you should see your doctor to ensure that you don't have asthma. Now if you are an older person and you have chest heaviness and difficulty breathing, than you could be having a cardiac event. 
   Your wheezing suggest lung issues but i also included some heart attack info. (chest pain, tightness, squeezing or fullness is the most common presentation.  However the pain can also present in the upper back, the upper middle abdomen, jaw, head, teeth or in the arms (left more than right).  One could have nausea, vomiting or it could feel like indigestion or heartburn.  Feeling short of breath, sweating and just feeling out of sorts can also occur. About a fourth of people have no significant symptoms during a heart attack.) take care.

: It is really too soon to know if you are pregnant. If you miss your next menstrual period, take a HPT about a week later. Enough hCG hormone levels need to build up for the test to be accurate.

during self breast exam i note my areolas feel lumpy beneath the skin. some lumps larger and firmer than others. are lumps meant to be there?

Normal findings...: The breast tissue usually feels "lumpy" because of the mammary glands which give them that quality. However, if you have felt a hard lump or larger than usual that persists for several days or more it is time to have that checked with your doctor. Also if you have skin changes on your breast area, fluid coming out of your nipples or changes in your nipple appearance you need immediate evaluation.
