Beyond the normal ra: Any  fasting blood sugar beyond the normal range, which typically runs between 60-90mg/dl.  A fasting sugar level above 100mg/dl is high. Blood sugar should be tested after an overnight fast. A blood sugar level above 125mg is the current definition of diabetes.

How elevated?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it may helped to have the actual result and the reason the test was done.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

High B12: Yes this is a high vitamin B12 level but that level will do no harm as the unneeded portion is simply excreted by the body. Only massive elevation can strain the liver.  You are able to reduce your intake of this vitamin in case you're taking a supplement as, unless you have no stomach acid, your body can absorb B12 from many foods like dairy products, meats and seafood.

What's BUN?: BUN stands for blood urea nitrogen. Urea nitrogen is what forms when protein breaks down and it not used by itself to identify patients with kidney disease. BUN is elevated in cases of dehydration as well as kidney disease. Serum creatinine (C) is a better determinant of kidney function. If the BUN C ratio is &gt; 20, the patient may be dehydrated. The normal range of B is 7-20 mg/dl.

hello,had my blood test done today. everything fine, but i am confused with one thing. crp level is within the range, but esr is elevated (29). what does it mean? i feel good, all other tests fine, no leucocytosis etc. please help?

How high?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, CRP and ESR are different tests and one can be elevated while the other is not. It would have helped had you provided the actual results.

Infection: It does not sound good. You may have an infection of the wound or even worse, of the knee. Have your surgeon check it asap.

Maybe: Hypercalcemia can cause a short qt interval but the best way to answer the question is to measure blood calcium.  High PTH could also be a consequence of vitamin d defieciency and kidney failure.
