what does bilateral acute sphenoid sinusitis mean? my eyes have been swelling together and lots of headaches as well as blurred vision and dizziness.

Sphenoid sinusitis: This is a rare but dangerous sinusitis. The optic nerve travels very close to the sphenoid sinus and an infection can cause inflammation around the neurovascular supply of the eyes. You will most likely need surgery by an ENT to open and drain the sphenoid sinuses.

i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2005. now, i have got severe blurred vision in the left eye, numbness in limbs, dizziness, a little incontinece and memory loss. what should i do?

See details: These are all unrelated to fibromyalgia with the possible exception of the memory issues. I hope you are not currently taking 3 antidepressants that all work in a similar fashion because medication side effects may account for many of your issues.

Many causes: There are a number of causes for orthostasis - when going from sitting to standing and your blood pressure does not compensate for gravity.  See your physician to have your blood pressures checked.  They will also likely do an ekg and some blood work to make sure you are not anemic or have another correctable condition.

eyes feel heavy and body feels hot but temperature is 36.5 and i dont feel weak just a little dizzy sometimes.

See an MD: It sounds like you are ill.  Lack of fever does not necessarily rule out an infection or other disease.  If you know your body, and you feel ill/dizzy, it is best to see a doctor to be on the safe side.  Make sure you are well hydrated because dehydration is a common cause of dizziness.

You should keep a log of the location, timing, duration, characteristic, and intensity of these episodes and take the log with you to your physician. Coffee: I doubt that this is due to the coffee.  Go see an eye doctor.

Examination : Please discuss with your physician. A number of conditions may cause these symptoms. Avoid exercising until evaluated. Check your blood pressure and keep a log of symptoms. Drink fluids and rest.

NIDDM : If your diabetes is controlled u should not have symptoms you mention look for other issues like seasonal allergies, stress viral infections to name a few.
