Your having: symptoms consistent with Warfarin OVERDOSAGE.. Stop the warfarin as directed and contact your Doctor ASAP ...he/she may wish to evaluate the rectal bleeding ..the bruising should stop on its own...

It might be related: To GI bleeding. Black, sticky,  loose with a bad odor - should be medically evaluated.

Some possibilities.: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, and froth implies not only diarrhea but diarrhea with gas. Malabsorption--eating a starch you can't absorb such as milk sugar in lactose deficiency, or diabetic sugar supplements--will have the sugar go right thru, be digested/fermented by colon bacteria and give froth.
Infection with some germs also.

If stool pattern has changed, is unusual for you, & the change persists, or is accompanied by other symptoms, see your doctor.
