No: The bleeding and shortness of breath are not due to migraine, and you possess a co-morbidity or a second independent problem.

Yes: Either RAST (replaced by ImmunoCap IgE) and prick skin testing can miss some food allergies.  I often test a patient to the food itself when the history and test findings do not match.  Recently I was about to challenge a young boy to walnut (history positive, skin test negative) when the skin test turned out to be highly positive to the actual nut. Mold &amp; mite allergies are more likely in HK.

i don't have any cough ,shortness of breath,weight loss but sometimes when i suck or sniff my nose and then spit from mouth it will produce traces of blood in my mucus. also have dried/semi dried nasal mucus while i clear my nose manually?

: I don't think of a sinus infection here, but am impressed with the persistent dryness of your nasal membranes. Are you living in a household with excessively dry conditions from the heating system?  If so, this would make you more susceptible to prolonged colds. A humidifier would be helpful. Also irrigations with clean salt water or saline nasal spray can be used. See an ENT specialist as needed

Thanks for asking!: Usually dry irritated mucosa.  Try using a cool mist vaporizer and don't have air blowing across you.  If worsens get checked.

Cold symptoms: The mucus in your nose is eroding the capillaries in your nosediving rise to a bloody nose. You needn't be scared. This is a common occurrence with a mucous you nose

Low Humidity: In the winter, humidity indoors is lower because of use of heating without adequate humidity. This dryness in the air can dry out the membranes in the nose causing bleeding. Use a room humidifier, a whole house humidifier or a simmering kettle on the stove. You can also try irrigating your nose with saline twice daily. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

Dehydration: Try increasing your water intake.  This should make most of these problems better.
