Only if asked: Blood tests are sent for specific studies, not "everything there" . The technician time and materials uses varies with each test. If they are desired both could be done on the same sample, however, no doc is going to ask for a nicotine study on a random thyroid test.

You: May need a full medical check, to make sure kidneys working properly. Also count caloric intake as metabolism drops over the years. Heart should also be checked.

Hypothyroidism : TSH is how the brain tells the thyroid what to do. When the TSH is elevated it is trying to make a thyroid produce more thyroid hormone. When the TSH is low, your brain is trying to tell your thyroid to slow down. Your thyroid is not making enough thyroid hormone. Please see your primary care provider as you may need to start on replacement thyroid hormone.

Not the right test: To assess the hyper or hypo function of thyroid your doctor needs to test for levels of TSH and Free T4.

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your TSH level is normal.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Thyroid tests: These appear to be normal values, but you did not provide the normal values:   the normal range varies from one lab to another.  
If they're normal, then you are not hyper or hypo thyroid.  But why were these tests performed?  This needs to be interpreted by whomever ordered these tests.

How fast?: Heart rates between 60 to 100 are considered normal for most adults. Some normal adults fall outside this range but not too much.

Get retested.: Whenever we get an abnormal result, we prefer to perform a second test to confirm these findings. The TSH is normal, the t 4 is a bit elevated.  T3 (liothyronine) is not as concerning. However this should be monitored. I would recommend seeing a pediatric endocrinologist if the second test is abnormal.
