Exercise ; pregnancy: The only caveat here would be if your OB taking care of you had any specific rules about your current pregnancy. But, if you are this physically fit and wiling i see no reason to tell you to stop.

Possibly: It is possible that if you have an overuse syndrome that involved your Achilles and is related to your running, that rest would help.  A stair master would actually likely be harder on your Achilles that running, so I would avoid that.  A bicycle would probably be a good alternative to give your Achilles some rest while you maintain your fitness.

These are two: Great forms of exercise to burn calories. When calories burned exceeds calories consumed then weight is lost. When weight is sensibly lost - fat loss often ensues. Mix up you cardio for great results. Engage in regular aerobic exercise (i.e. Running, swimming, nordic track, kickboxing, walking, cross country skiing, hiking, etc.).

i am in my 30s, and i run up hills and use the stairmaster every other day. in addition to this exercise, should i do lower body weight training, if so which days?  weight training is recommended for health, but not everyday so the muscles recover.

Weight training: Weight training twice a week with lighter cardio workouts on those days as your schedule and time permits.

OVERUSE INJURIES: There are several conditions may be caused or aggravared by over use of stairmaster.
It can aggravate knee&hip problems and those with pre existing knee problems should not use staimaster
overuse of stairmaster can hurt your ankle joints
it can also cause back pain if you keep leaning forward and climbing on tips of toes
holding on to rails too tight can cause tendinitis of wrist.

See a dermatologist: It is difficult to make a proper diagnosis since I am not there to see the condition. I recommend seeing a dermatologist so that they can make a proper diagnosis and give you something to get rid of the condition or relieve symptoms.

Maybe: Depends on how long the edema has been there, why, it is there, if there is any redness. Unilateral leg swelling with pain could be a sign of a DVT (blood clot).

Fungus: It may be a fungal infection rather than vitiligo. Without a picture however, one can't give yiu a definitive diagnosis, so see your doctor for help.
