If this spur is obstructing the nasal cavity and causing difficulty in breathing through that side of the nose, a septoplasty can be performed by an ENT surgeon with good results.

It sounds like this X-ray shows some bony growth in the right heel (calcaneal spur) that's not causing any inflammation (reactive change). The trigonum bone in the foot has fluid pockets &amp; some spurs that'd cause pain on the inside of the foot if it were symptomatic. It could be diabetic Charcot foot

Pinched nerves: Depending on how severe the nerves are compressed, spinal stenosis just means narrowing of the spinal canal from any- and all causes. Some people have terrible symptoms when standing and walking due to bone spurs; other patients can tolerate it just fine; despite bigger spurs... A good ortho spine doc can look at the scans for you and determine the best course of action.

It is common for this to get pulled and even get avulsed a bit and cause pain. Calcaneal spur is common. Osteochondral dissicans is when a piece of the cartilage that lines the joint breaks off. Looks like a puzzle piece was lost.
