Why?: why are you getting tested? It appears that the testing is unrelated to the beer consumption. Has there been use of other drugs? If you are getting tested for occupational reasons and need to avoid alcohol and drugs to keep that job, then avoid them.

Ask them!: Saliva tests could be used for many reasons. They could be checking hormone levels that may be affecting your condition.  Also could be used to verify that you are taking the medicine (unfortuately adderal can be abused or sold and physicians have a legal requirement to take steps to prevent this).

Rarely , a tumor of the pituitary will block the signal to make your ovary function. Obtain a serum HCG test: if negative , ask your provider to order a serum prolactin level and a follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) level.

A very long time: Valium has a long half life and has an active metabolite N-desmethyldiazepam, which has an elimination half-life of up to 100 hours.  Theoretically, it requires up to 5 half-lives for a drug to be completely out of your system, which would be ~500 hours (21 days or 3 weeks) for valium.
