Popping in ankle: May be peroneal tendon subluxation, if you have had  ankle  injuries.

In general popping reflects tendon slipping  out of place, if previous trauma may be due to  scarring.  Rarely can be cartilage of bone dysfunction

Cartilage damage: Sounds like you might have damaged the cartilage somehow, or developed some scar tissue in the joint called synovitis.  Rest as much as possible and elevated when you can for a few weeks.  If the pain doesn't subside, see your local podiatrist.

Ankle pain: Have you had any specific injury to your ankle? If not, some people suffer from laxity in the ankle joint. This means that the ankle joint is a little bit loose and can have minor spains.  Physical therapy can be quite helpful in these types of conditions… there are multiple exercises to strengthen the muscles around your ankle and to fine tune your proprioception.

: The benefit to rehabilitating an ankle injury properly is so you can protect yourself from reinjuring  the ankle again. Now I would see proper medical attention X-rays and proper rehab. See a MD, DO, podiatrist

Stretch: This is may be due to tightness of the calves and plantar fascia. It does not sound like a circulation problem.  Try stretching the calves and bottoms of the feet several times daily.

i was operated bought my knee october month as a truck driver the heavy duty, the specialist said its gout but now i am not feeling well my right knee down to my foot is  so painful and my knee are popping or cracking all the times as a truck drive.

Another ortho?: You should consult someone specialized on knees to find out what can be done.  If you do have gout, you should have received some treatment to prevent its exacerbation and surgery is certainly not the first option by any means.  By the way, I love Port Elizabeth even though it was rather windy when we visited .

Numb leg: It is likely you have damaged one of your discs in the lower back. Be careful with bending and picking up heavy items. Prolonged sitting is also not good. Walking is best.

Normal: As long as it isn't accompanied by pain, joint popping or cracking is fairly normal and shouldn't result in any long term issues. If you do develop pain, see a podiatrist or orthopedist for an evaluation of the joints.
