Probably nothing: Flags very often mean nothing in the lab. If you feel well, ignore it. It may be the calibration of the machine, you may have Pelger-Huet non-disease, or you may simply be one of the several percent of healthies who fall outside of a particular reference range. Flags go up all the time in lab work so as not to miss things -- most aren't real concerns.

: We would like to have seen the entire report of your CBC&amp;differential cell count, but lymphocytes normally comprise up to 40% of circulating white cells. Elevated lymphocyte counts are often seen in viral infections. Your MD who knows your condition and results of your testing can advise you best.

How do you feel ?: Is very important than your temp of 99.8.   Body temp range of  97.3 to  99.1  is considered to be normal range   body has slightly. Varies in the different part of day from morning to evening called diurnal variation you fall into that range.  Temp of 100.4 of  is considered abnormal . You may have chronic infection , due to that your gall b;ladder is not contracting , speak to your doctor

How high?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. An elevated mpv by itself is not diagnostic of any disease. It would help to have the actual value.

: No. The MPV or mean platelet volume just indicates platelets slightly larger than normal which some people just have. It is not specific to any cancer.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your result are not anything to be concerned about.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i was diagnosed with cmv in january. when diagnosed my cbc levels were normal. now my mpv is 8.9 which they are stating as low. what does this mean?

Slightly smaller : Platelets:  what is your platelet count? If the count is above 150, 000, the slightly smaller size of platelets will not be of much concern.
