Sometimes people can substitute another person's urine or dilute urine. There are ways to get around a urine drug test. A sophisticated during testing facility will witness the provision of a urine sample and maintain the integrity of the chain of possession.

Not sure: Good question.  Single use of marijuana should be out of your urine in 1 to 7 days. Regular use of marijuana – should be out of urine in 7 to 100 days. Single use marijuana can be detected 12 to 24 hours in blood. Regular use marijuana can be detected for 2 to 7 days in blood.Marijuana regular use detected in hair for months. Single use might not be picked up in hair. Bottom line - i don't know.

Antihistamine: benadryl (diphenhydramine) use is DANGEROUS if you intend to drive.
Zyrtec, Loratidine etc are safer choices. Best if taken at night time so that you awake without allergy symptoms

How about the drugs?: There is nothing you can add or subtract from diet to pass a drug test, except eliminating the drugs.  You don't need all that water, and it will cause a dilute urine which will automatically flunk the drug test.  This idea that we need lots of water is bogus; thirst is the best guide. We get all the water we need from our food (60% water), if your urine is dilute you are drinking too much.

No: I know  of no test that will indicate how a drug got into your system.  If it is from second hand smoke, I suggest you stay out of that environment.

Don't understand ?: "not positive" and "not negative" can mean what is called an "indeterminate" test, which can mean that the test was just at the cut-off that the test uses for a positive - the cut-off for thc is (say) 50 ng/ml and the test comes out 48 ng/ml, that particular test may give a signal that it is indeterminate. It may also indicate interfering substances, water loading or other things.

: This depends on the sensitivity of that test. Some can detect trace amounts of a banned substance, some tests would only detect it at a higher level. Drugs vary in their "half life" or the time it takes for 1/2 to be eliminated through metabolism. Some have a half life of a few hours or less, I can think of one with a half life of 22 days. It can take 4+ half lives to fall to undetectable.

Depends: I'm assuming you're talking about illicit drugs. There are many types of drug screening tests, so you can't depend on a home test to tell you what will show up on an employment test.
