Sounds like a UTI: Hydrate aggressively, avoid sugary foods, try cranberry supplements, avoid sex for a little while, wear cotton panties, but most of all, get a urinalysis including a GC/CT test.  Antibiotics will successfully treat the infection. You can also buy pyridium (phenazopyridine) to numb the area - just be prepared for your urine to turn orange. Make sure you &amp; your sex partner wash genitalia frequently with soap &amp; water.

Something wrong with: Stomach, spleen or kidney; or with a muscle strain, or a rib (bony) injury, or a pinched nerve in the back with pain radiating to the side.

Hematospermia: 40% of cases are due to infectious causes or inflammation. Other causes include trauma, bleeding disorders, high blood pressure, prostatitis, and even prostate cancer. Most causes are benign and treatable. In general, if it persists after more than 10 ejaculations or over 2 months, it is significant. At your age, however, it would be prudent to see a physician/Urologist ASAP. BP, PSA, exam, cx etc

Doctor can evaluate: Stomach pain can feel like other sensations in the upper abdomen sometimes. A patient who suspects that certain pains are related to stomach acid / reflux / ulcers can actually try taking a good-sized dose of maalox or mylanta to see what happens. If the pains or sensations go away each time, that suggests the pains are due to acidity. A doctor can evaluate to see what might be going on inside.

Sugar in urine: This is a sign of diabetes.. You could possibly have a UTI which is common in diabetics.

Get checked: Onset of numbness and weakness that is progressive is of concern. There could be some problem affecting your nerves coming out of your back. Lower lumbar or sacral area.

Spine Injury: This chronic pain in the distribution as you suggested is the result of an irritated nerve or facet joints or other injury typically in the lumbar spine (low back) which are caused by herniated disks, spinal stenosis or degenerative disc disease,  etc requiring further evaluation by a spine specialist.

3 months after tfcc tear wrist is still popping and clicking and causing discomfort.  what does this mean?

Need evaluation: Triangular fibro cartilage complex  or  tfcc injuries if untreated will cause serious disability to wrist function , will have wrist weakness  , loss of grip pain on pinky side , if you did not see ortho or hand surgeon take an appointment , make sure to follow instruction use of splint , activity etc , some times need surgery
