Muscle injury: CPK or creatinine phosphokinase, is an enzyme found in 3 "flavors"- isoforms- found in the brain, muscle and heart that is released when the respective organ is damaged. Normal upper limit of nl depends on the lab, but generally is 120mcg/l. Elevation may be caused by numerous perturbations: heart attack; seizures; muscle damage; heavy exercise; hyperthyroidism; hypothyroidism; brain injury etc.

Local Health : Department.  You city/county health department may be monitoring the health of the water in the community and may be able to tell you about e. Coli levels in a particular body of water.

Depends on timing: A normal fasting (fasting = no calories for at least 8 hours) blood sugar level is under 100.  A diabetic level is 126 or more. In between is borderline range. If not fasting, blood sugar can be substantially higher; 2 hours after a 75g glucose load, normal is considered to be under 140, and diabetic above 199.  Results must be repeated, and not on a home meter (which are not accurate enough).

Well----yes: But it probably means that it is accumulating in the system and not being used for its function. That would mean that you are mildly effectively B12 deficient. I can't guarantee it but it could mean that you are b1 deficient and that could reflect sugar intake.

Yes: Low b-12  can cause problems. Need to know the cause . Good thing is that it may be corrected by taking supplements. Better to take injectable form, since you may have absorption problems from. The stomach, which at be one of the reasons.

Dopamine: levels can drop if your iron level is low as iron is a cofactor for the enzyme Tyrosine Hydroxylase which is needed to make Dopamine. So I suggest you have your iron level checked first. There are a whole bunch of medications that affect Dopamine levels (in either direction)  As a next step, I suggest you discuss this with a PCP who knows your situation well.

How high?: A slightly elevated bilirubin or bilirubin at the upper end of normal is good for you. After that it depends on why the bilirubin is high. Abnormally elevated bilirubin may be due to hemolysis, liver inflammation. Bile duct obstruction, drug and drug effects etc and problem depends on the cause.
