First, tone your underlying muscles with a rigorous exercise program, then see a plastic(cosmetic) surgeon for possible "reduction of wrinlyness".

Not normal at 5 wks: We usually expect water retention and swelling to happen in the third trimester. I would ask your OB to have a look at your ankles and make sure your blood pressure is normal and there aren't any other issues.

To lose 5 pounds in a week would be only temporary water weight loss and is unhealthy too. Jogging for 30 minutes equals only about 250 calories burned. You would have to jog all day and eat nothing. Not a good idea.

On ultrasound at 7 weeks it looks like a shadowy grey tube with 4 little arm buds, a yolk sac and maybe one can see an amniotic sac as well.

Misunderstanding?: Ovulation is a one time event. It is the release of a readied egg from your ovary.  Sperm left in the vagina during the five days prior to ovulation are the sperm most likely to cause pregnancy.
