As rheumatologist we bring usually great relief, as an internist we watch for overall long term health. We are detectives of the body, with an ability to touch the soul.

New routine: Having a job is always good and they are not always easy to get.  You need to expand your horizons, go to night school, change your friends, attend concerts and lectures, and retrain if possible.  However, there may be some aspects of your current job that are actually terrific if you reflect upon it.
