Lymph nodes: they may be in reaction to something that your body has been exposed to however I think you should ask the physician who ordered the scan to explain this to you

Just what it says: Lymph nodes, located where they are supposed to be, visible on the CT scan and at a size that is generally considered normal. Taken out of context, it is impossible to tell you anymore than this. But even in the context of some known disease, these likely mean nothing.

Old infection: would be the most common explanation, but there are some other illnesses that could cause this and be more worrisome.  You need to ask the physician who ordered the x-ray what s/he was worried about, and what is the cause for these findings.  Good luck!

: Depending on one's presenting symptoms, there are usually good reasons why the Doctor ordered the  Chest CT Scan.  The attending Physician is therefore in the best position to give one the interpretation of the report.

Mgt: A virtual appointment may be booked to upload the report for review. The findings may be caused by a number of conditions. Among these are infections, TB, malignancy.
A PET scan may be indicated.

Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad  like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  That term means &lt; 1cm.

Vague: It is a very vague description that basically says the lymph nodes look abnormal in some way, but it's minimally abnormal and there is no pattern to the abnormality. A lymph node "tastes" the lymph to see if anything bad is there like bacteria, viruses, cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and enlarges in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  You can feel them then.
