im taking synthroid 25 mcg every morning for my hypothyroidism. going on vacation in a different country where the time difference is 8 hours. how should i transition my synthroid routine to a new time zone?

my doc wants me to try a tsp of salt in gatorade or 1 mcg florinef (fludrocortisone) during a dizzy spell flare up. (i've had some neuro testing) but cause is still fuzzy.  how will each work differently?

See below.: Both would raise total body sodium and therefore fluid volume which might prevent your "dizzy." the extra sodium in gatorade simply adds to your pool of fluid while Florinef (fludrocortisone) prevents excretion of sodium.

No Evidence: There is no evidence to support a diagnosis of multiple personality disorder, that does not mean at all that people who carry that diagnosis are not suffering and they don't have any psychiatric disorder, on the contrary, they usually have a personality disorder and another disorder co-morbid with it the most authoritarian reference on diagnosis (dsm-iv) shies away from that diagnosis.

Meet or exceed those requirements through your university or a us university and take the necessary test (mcat) prior to applying.  Be aware, however, that us medical school admissions is extremely competitive.

Focuses more on research, but in clinical and counseling psychology must also amass hands-on experiences. Over time, the two tend to even out, with pH.D.'s perhaps doing more academic work on average.
