Hello, : Hello, it doesn't necessarily mean that you would die, but age parameters are there for a reason.  It is always worrisome when girls your age begin taking diet pills because they are  not happy with their appearance. It would be far healthier to work with a nutritionist to see where you fall on the charts (looking at your height, weight and body type). A nutritionist could help you to develop a healthy plan to maintain a healthy weight.
