Hidradenitis: Inflammation of the hair follicles and sweat glands in the armpit  (and with it sometimes inflammation of lymph nodes or lymphadenitis) is a common cause of pain in this area. Aside from that any irritation of the nerves in this area will result in pain. Trauma or inflammation of chest muscles is also painful

Costochondritis: Costochondritis, or Tietze's disease results from irritation of the cartilage that joins the upper ribs to the breastbone.  Pain is typically manifest with movement, deep breath, cough.  It is a benign condition, which can be properly treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and osteopathic manipulative medicine.  Mechanical irritation due to bra wires can exacerbate the symptoms.

Unlikely heart: That would be an unusual way for heart pain to show up.  Breast pain is often caused by caffeine or hormone fluctuations.  Try cutting out caffeine if possible.

Be seen: If such symptoms are not from pregnancy, you should get a good history and exam as many causes exist. Obviously new exercise can cause pain in that area. But fatigue and swollen breasts make me consider something with your endocrine/hormone system, or something causing swelling throughout your body like thyroid disease, or liver problems. Medications can do that too.

"Reactive lymph nde": Lymph nodes are "reactive" when enlarged, and can be related to more serious conditions.  If your family history is positive for breast disease, a digital mammogram would be indicated.  The node in the groin area may be unrelated to those in the neck and armpit, and could relate to a vaginal viral or bacterial infection.  Biopsy of the node in the neck or armpit might be necessary.

i have a swollen lymph node in my right armpit. i had a breast biopsy on that side 5 days ago and just got my period. i also am currently having a herpes breakout. it is sore and my armpit is painful. could these be the cause?

: Most likely the lymph node swelling is due to the breast biopsy. If you have eruption of herpes zoster on the right chest or right back, that would be also the cause of the swollen lymph node. A reactive lymph node may be painful. Just in case it may be infected, take a close look at the arm pit. Any redness? extreme tenderness to touch?, any red streak from the biopsy site? Then see your doctor.
