Yes: Your prolactin is slightly elevated, this can be normal especially if there was breast manipulation prior to the blood test.  Elevated prolactin can effect your menstrual cycle.  I would repeat the prolactin level, in am, and no breast exam or manipulation prior to the test.  Also do a pregnancy test to make sure you are not pregnant.

Meds,OC?: If you are not on medication  that could affect your cycles, no Oral contraceptives ,then you should start with a pregnancy test  wether you practice safe sex or not.If  the pregnancy test is negative then you need a medical evaluation to look for possible hormonal or structural problems.

There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Breakthrough bleed: From your description it looks as if you had this condition before.... When you were on contraceptives.  Other causes of breakthrough bleeding can be extremes of weight (thin or heavy).  Thyroid or pituitary abnormalities.  If you have really heavy periods, and/or you have nosebleeds easily, doctor may want to check you for a bleeding disorder. Most common, though, is hormonal.

Pregnancy: If you have had unprotected sexual intercourse, missed a cycle and have a positive home pregnancy test, you are probably pregnant. The brown discharge is old blood mixed with vaginal secretions

Take a test!: Especially if you have not had your regular period in march, it is a good idea to take a home pregnancy test.  If you don't want to be pregnant, start using reliable bc.

It could be: an infection or trauma to the cervix or hormonal problem. It could also be old blood in the vagina coming out. See your doctor if it persist or develop pain .

Could be BV: If you feel that you have an abnormal vaginal odor then you should schedule a visit and ask to be tested for bacterial vaginosis. This is the most common cause of vaginal odor and it can get worse when mixed with blood
