Possibly: Inflammation of the joint from arthritis or infection. Should get it checked out by your doctor. An xray may be helpful and ultrasound is often useful to look for fluid, small erosions suggesting arthritis, and increased blood flow to the joint as a result of inflammation.

Painful breasts: You may be having a hormonal problem which may be part of menopause, as your ovaries are probably giving variable amounts of hormone into your system.  Best to see doctors who specialize in menopausal conditions.

Most likely.: You've probably got a hemorrhoid that you can see. Although there are other explanations and ideally you want to have a doctor take a look to make sure that's all it is. Best to you!

Probably not: Chronic constipation usually does not cause specific painful spots. You get more of a crampy/achy feeling. Point tenderness is usually something else. Unclear if the tender spots are on skin surface or deep in abdomen. If on skin, could be infection. Deeper down sounds more like swollen lymph nodes, amongst other things that can occur in your belly.

Assuming exogenous lubricants successful, a possible cause is sacroiliac joint subluxation caused by the missionary position exerting leverage on this joint. : Does "pelvic area" mean groin? If so, the usual cause is some sort of inflammation or infection in the leg on that side. It can be as minor as a hangnail. Cat scratch fever is a common cause in people who have contact with cats. Herpes and syphilis are possible if at risk for STD and/or if you also have a genital sore, pain, etc. See a doctor soon for diagnosis and possible antibiotic treatment.

Not cold: The weather turning cold is not a likely cause of pain in the nipples. It is not feasible to provide a more meaningful opinion without examining you. If the pain persists beyond two weeks, it would be prudent to see a doctor for an evaluation. In the mean time, unless you already have big breasts, try wearing a padded bra.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

i just did a health screening. detected 5 fibroids in my breast. all are between 2-7mm. could it have caused my breast to feel tender and painful? 18 days away from period?
