Dyspaerunia: ? why sex painful for woman. Assuming exogenous lubricants successful, a possible cause is sacroiliac joint subluxation caused by the missionary position exerting leverage on this joint. Pain generated from this joint is known to refer to the mid-pelvis. See an Osteopath to find out if this might be the cause.
