Labial ulcer: The potential for other STD lesions is present but far less common. Friction during sex would suggest you are not sufficiently lubricated and you might recognize this because of the discomfort during sex which results from lack of lubrication. Cannot, however, diagnose this without seeing it. Hope this helps.

Blisters: Herpes (both genital and non genital) though these usually are painful.  Allergic reaction of the vulvar skin to something used in that area.  An early vulvitis from a yeast infection.  Try an antihistamine first, but if no relieve see a gyn to rule out herpes.

No panic: White bump w/o any pain or discharge usually benign. Clogged hair follicle, gland, inclusion cyst. But a wart or a precancer or some rare std could present as a painless bump. Best to have it checked by gyne.

Additionally, if the pants are too tight, they might not allow the skin to breathe and increase your risk of irritation and infection. However, there are other causes of vaginal sores and you should see your doctor for an examination.
