Isotreitnion: The medicine usually works best on cystic ir inflammatory acne. Benzyl peroxide works better on whiteheads.

Not serious: Sounds like you are having more oil production and the pores are getting clogged.  Try scraping very gently to get the tops off, using just a fingernail.  Apply very warm washcloth to any place that these develop to help keep the pores open and use a soap that is not oily.  You may have some hormonal issues.

Blackheads: Whiteheads and blackheads are a normal part of the skin of the nose reponding to hormones.  The best creams for it is retinoids such as Retin-A but watch for irratation and it may take awhile to work.

Blackheads+: Start with a deep pore cleansing facial from an aesthetician with experience treating patients with acne. Extraction of blackheads and whiteheads can be done at the time of the facial. You will also benefit from using a cleanser appropriate for your skin type, as well as a treatment lotion that helps skin exfoliation and cell turnover.

You may need a series of monthly facials with extractions.

Could be bacteria: If these are truly whiteheads (i.e., pimples), then they are collections of pus.  It may be related to colonization of your nasal passages with bacteria (more than normal).  You should probably see your doctor to be sure this is not a sign of a more serious medical process.  It may be as simple as a course of antibiotics to clear it or you may need some topical antibiotics in your nose.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. However, if the lesion has been there for two years, it may need to be surgically excised. You may wish to consult a dermatologist/plastic surgeon.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

It would be prudent to see your doctor, (you should have one under the Canadian healthcare). Request referral to a plastic surgeon for removal and examination of the tissue by a pathologist.

Acne treatment: There is no one treatment for whiteheads or acne. You need to keep the skin clean and healthy. Sometime you need to have extractions. Most programs add an antibiotic. Find a physician that specializes in acne sometimes it is a trial and error system to find the correct combination of therapies.
