what causes constant swallowing problems? it started about 8 months ago. amongst many other symptoms going on.

You need medical eva: A complete medical evaluation is necessary to help you with your swallowing problem. You can either start with your primary care doctor or go to a consultant, gastroenterologist who can investigate and find the cause.
It could be acid reflux which is quite easy to diagnose and treat. At times we need to do endoscopy to check the inside of the food pipe(esophagus) to rule out anything more serious.

Hard to say: Your symptoms could be caused by lots of things; you could have a viral infection, bacterial infection, allergies, or acid reflux, just to name the most common causes.

Go see ENT: You need to go get your throat looked at by an ear nose and throat professional. Although there is a possibility that the pain will pass out in the stool, the fact that your throat is uncomfortable should be evaluated. Good luck.

i had a normal mri of the head. would that have shown any tumors that could cause symptoms in ear? (i.e. pressures, whooshing sound when swallow)

Maybe: MRI of the brain looks at the brain and would show most brain masses. Small lesions in the ear and internal auditory canal may be missed unless an MRI that focuses in on the ear is performed using a smaller field of view.  Talk to your doctor.

episodes of tachycadia with new symptom, tight feeling in throat. swallowing feels partially obstructed during episodes. cause????

Could be: angina, esophageal spasm, GERD, or even a lung problem.  Get to a doctor for more specific advice.

chest pain when laughing/swallowing. went to a cardiologist appointment and they said i have a perfect heart but i have bad acid reflux. is it common for acid reflux to cause these symptoms?

Reflux: Reflux can cause chest pain and shortness of breath. Those are not rare symptoms with reflux.

my throat has been sore for over a week and it hurts to swallow.  both symptoms get worse at night. what causes this at night and what can i do?

Doctor can evaluate: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or mild flu (antibiotics are not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away in a day or two (mainly to check for strep throat). Throat lozenges and tylenol (acetaminophen) can decrease throat pain, for 1-2 days.

off/on feel indigestion in back & where i swallow. can my asthma cause these symptoms since i'm coughing a little. extreme anxiety, no fever,heart ok.

Maybe: Could be acid reflux.   In fact, bronchospasm (asthma) can sometime be caused by acid reflux.   You would probably benefit from trial of proton pump inhibitor.
