Get tested for others, get your partner treated and if you get this again, get rid of your partner or use very safe sex techniques.  By itself, not likely to cause severe problems, but may be accompanied by other stds that can be very severe.

Probably not yeast: Presumably you mean brown vaginal discharge, not anal. Clindamycin could trigger a vaginal yeast infection, but yeast usually causes only a little white discharge or none at all; the main symptom is irritation and itching. Trichomonas can cause brown discharge, but is an STD; you only catch it from sex partners. See doctor, get tested for vaginal infections and STDs.
