i had an ovarian cyst rupture a month ago & i still feel stomach discomfort , lots of discharge , gas & bloated , what's wrong ? i'm scared :(

I would recommend that you make an appointment with your gynecologist to discuss, possibly have and exam and possibly another ultrasound to ease your mind. i am on the depo injection my first depo was 22nd of april 2020 the next depo will be 28th july 2020 i havent been eating good the past two weeks i contracted gas i have been feeling dizzy having stomach ache and my discharge is watery any advice?

New Depo Tx: The start of depo can carry with it some symptoms you mentioned but i would suggest you have your doc review your history and do an office exam to make sure there is not something else that you have contracted.

does clindamycin cause horrible gas and stomach pain ?

Yes it can: Clindamycin, or virtually any other medication, can cause a variety of intestinal side effects. This is due to intestinal sensitivity to a substance that the intestines have not seen before. Talk with your prescribing doctor about other options.

Common side effect: GI symptoms are common side effects of iron pills. You should aim for most benefit for least side effects. The best is to go back to the primary care physician so you try lower doses and follow up with blood work. You can try the liquid form or take fiber supplements. But again make sue to follow up with the primary care physician.

Mefenamic : Normal vaginal secretions are watery so there most likely is no serious gynecological pathology, but there could be some imbalance in estrogens at play. I have no experience with Ponstam(mefenamic acid) which is purported to be an anti-inflammatory agent. Your pharmacist can answer whether it could affect estrogen levels.

what causes blue urine and blue discharge? i have been a lot of stomach pain here lately and i took a pregancy test and it said i was preganant and a couple of days later i started having blue urine and discharge..

Congratulations : Congratulations on your pregnancy.  Blue urine can be caused by certain types of foods, medications, or infection.  As you are pregnant with abnormal urine color and discharge, it would be reasonable to consult your gynecologist and discuss this concern.  Any changes in urine during pregnancy should have an evaluation.

what is meant by antral erosion . it causes stomach pain. and release of gas continously from mouth.what should be done to reduce my stomach pain?

The antrum is the : Outlet of the stomach. An erosion is an area of injury (that can sometimes progress to an ulcer). If you have not been evaluated by a gastroenterologist recommend doing that. The GI specialist can recommend treatment plan to reduce pain. There are a variety of different treatments depending on the cause.
