Possibly. : If it continues to drop it can be very dangerous. There are many causes for low sodium levels which can include medications. You need to talk to you doctor about your sodium levels and if any medications you are on could be causing this and your sodium levels monitored closely to make sure they don't drop any more and if there needs to be a change in your medications or the doses.

DKA: I presume this means diabetic keto-acidosis. For DKA you must go to the nearest Emergency Room. The sodium levels are likely to be controlled as your diabetes is under better control. If I read your question correctly do not hesitate to go to the ER!

How low?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. : If your kidneys are normal, salt will not elevate your blood sodium levels, assuming you're not ingesting truly giant amounts. Sodium levels in blood are primarily modified, when necessary, by increasing or decreasing fluid intake. Discuss this with your doctor. In the meantime, eating extra salt is not likely to either raise your sodium level or improve these symptoms.

Allergies?: There are many things that can cause a puffy face. If you are otherwise healthy the most common cause would probably be allergies. Please see your doctor for some testing to make sure that you do not have other problems as it could also something like a thyroid problem. If you do not then a trial of antihistamines may be helpful. Also I would try a very low sodium diet and avoid alcohol.

Yes: They can increase fluid retention and headaches.  Also will lead to electrolyte imbalance and other problems.
