Sleep/Depression: There are many reasons you could wake up suddenly and shaking. You should consult your   doctor to rule out physical causes before you assume depression is the cause. It is possible but it is difficult to know without a consultation and if it is determined that you are depressed ask for a referral to a qualified mental health professional.

Shaking: His shaking could have been due to a bad dream or a slight fever. As long as everything was normal, i wouldn't worry.

i am a 42 year male. i tested low in testosterone, will low testosterone cause me to have internal shaking when i sleep?

Sleep disorder: I don't know exactly what you mean by "internal shaking", but one of the most common causes of low testosterone in men is obstructive sleep apnea.  Patients with osa tend to have overactivity of the sympathetic nervous system during sleep, which can cause to awaken with a shaky feeling.

my daughter is a little over an month old and i noticed everytime she's sleeping her leg starts shaking or twitching, what could cause this?

Tremors: There is many causes for tremors or shaking, you need to have her checked by her pediatrician,  probably  some  tests can help figure out why she is shaking.  Good luck.

: Please see your Pediatrician to rule out a seizure. Some forms of seizures may result in these symptoms. Other causes to consider include metabolic causes and trauma. Is he otherwise healthy and vaccinated? Did he have COVID 19 infection?
Is he taking any medications? Is an accidental ingestion a possibility?

5 yr old prescribed a steroid inhaler to prevent ashtma, can it cause sleep disruption, mood swings, dependance, or shaking? hasn't started taking it.

Not likely: At the low doses that are generally prescribed, inhaled steroids are fairly well tolerated. You should ask your doctor about any possible long term  growth issues in terms of final adult height with chronic use of steroids.

Vague: Hard to say.  If this happens quite often, i would keep some type of journal and write down what you might have done the night/day before- nutrition, activities, meds, supplements, etc.  Then get to a dr. And share your history.
