Rippled nails can be part of a condition called psoriasis. There are certain medications that can also cause this problem. Lack of iron and lack of some vitamins, like vitamin d and biotin, can produce this.

See your doctor for further eval.

Beau's lines can also also be a sign of zinc deficiency.
