Neuropathy: Pins and needles feeling is nerve related. Your OB doc should check for any problems like infections but sometimes it's just irritated nerves from pregnancy changes.

The type of symptoms you mention makes me think of Herpes virus which can be erupting in blisters. The treatment is oral and successful. It could be a abrasion or a mild vaginal infection with fungus. Just helps to examine and treat.

Could be related: If you have an MRI scheduled then you've likely seen a doctor.  If the doctor didn't find the vaginal mass then you should call him/her and ask to be seen before the mri.  That mass might change the work up and imaging recommendations.

Need an exam: You will need at the least a physical examination with a gynecologic component whether it is by a gynecologist, a family physician or a nurse practitioner. If the gynecologic exam is completely normal, back issues can cause pain in the vagina as well and might need to be looked at. Other tests may be needed to identify what is going on.

Could be an : infection, or endometriosis. If a fever, more likely infection, if getting worse see your doctor and be sure they are aware.
