Hmmm: Sometimes nerve entrapment can cause symptoms like you are describing; or poor circulation may cause this.  Best advice is to get to your primary care physician and have him/her examine you.  Best to get an official answer to a random problem; and get the appropriate treatment.

Many possibilities: Some causes of swelling of the feet and legs can include systemic problems such as hypertension, and problems with the kidneys and localized issues such as arthritis, infection, lymphatic obstruction, blood clots, varicose veins, trauma (fracture, sprain, tendonitis) and side effects to medication.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Two causes that come: to my mind, without any injury (fall or something heavy falling on the foot or ankle) are Gout or Pseudogout. Others include maybe an insect bite.
See your PCP to have a blood test and even some fluid removed from the swollen part might provide an answer(Dx).

Rule out Gout: You will need to rule out the possibility of gouty arthritis - it typically appears suddenly in a big toe (classic presentation), although it is usually accompanied by some form of swelling, redness or other discoloration.

Usually: When only one foot is swollen, it's an indication of something wrong with the foot, ankle or lower leg that's swollen.  Blood pressure can lead to swelling if untreated, but usually in both feet, not one. Being overweight can make treating whatever is wrong more difficult, but it's not the cause of swelling. I suggest you either consult with your pmd or see a dpm about the swelling. Good luck!

Not sure related: Abdominal bloating has many causes, and can't be fully addressed here.  Depends on location, timing with food, if localized or all over, what makes it better and worse, if it's associated with pain -- and a doctor should discuss this with you.  Gallbladder problems are most common.

Left foot swelling can also be from various things, but a blood clot is most dangerous.  Please see a doctor!  Luck!
