i am 39 weeks pregnant, 35, and am taking a stool softener prescription from midwife. it is not working. i am literally having to manually evacuate my bowels with gloved hand, when i do this, it is hard to the touch, dry, and bloody?

a kid's nails are falling for no reason it starts getting black from under then the whole nails is black then it fall's please help?

See a dermatologist: A couple of possibilities. A fungal or bacterial infection of the nail can cause discoloration and nail shedding. Pseudomonas nail infection gives a green-gray nail discoloration which can get loose and possibly fall. Also blood collections (subungual hematoma) can do the same, usually from trauma. This needs an evaluation and some lab tests and cultures. Please see your dermatologist right away.

Low thyroid,: Protein deficiency, low thyroid or lack of enzymes in stomach can lead to brittle nails. Test for thyroid, and iron levels are indicated. If normal, a trial of digestive enzymes may be helpful.See dermatologist for examination, history and blood tests.

Maybe: usually hematoma. but can be a fracture. X-ray if no better. ice.on blood thinners?

Eczema will get you: at a very young age, and it continues throughout your life.  Sometimes a certain lotion or chemical in the lotion will make it worse.  Try to use different unscented moisturizers, even prescription ones, to see if it would help alleviate the problem .  I would put the moisturizer on several times a day. frequent angular cheilitis, anal skin irritation, weak/ridged nails and hair fall. could it be caused by severe stress or rather from a vitamin deficiency or disease?

: Those symptoms are more likely caused by a systemic condition +/- vitamin deficiency rather than just stress.
