: Since both of those meds can cause nausea,I assume they could affect satiety. Your physician or oncologist, who have much more experience with these meds, can answer you question best.

: If you have not had unintended weight loss, you are eating enough and need not worry.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

: It is best if you get evaluated because you have not given enough information. Pregnancy is a consideration. There are other possibilities like if you are not having regular bowel movements; is this a recent and transient process or something that is long lasting that could be more concerning.

my diastolic has been elevated lately. 108/92, 107/80, 101/89, 104/89. i take torpol xl 50. i had full work up and all was well. what can cause this?

Not really very high: The cause is your high blood pressure. At this mild elevation, I wouldn't increase the Rx. Try lifestyle modifications like moving toward ideal body weight,aerobic exercise 3 days a week or more,meditation/yoga,good sleep,and continue to monitor.

We dont know: We dont know for sure what causes migraine headaches. there are many factors that make them occur but we dont what causes them to happen is some people and not others.

If not a: Pre-existing problem then no.  At most it is a temporary problem as over-eating can cause drowsiness which is not always conducive to a sexual activity.  Limit your oral intake and see if that solves your problem.

Ankle swelling: The most common reasong for both ankles to swell in adults is the lower leg veins are not getting blood back to the heart very well.  This causes  fluid, to ooze out of the veins into the surrounding soft tissues.  Supportive hose can be helpful.  If the swelling is inside both ankle joints, and not the surrounding soft tissues, the causes are quite different.  Your primary care physician can help.

Stomach issue: Stomach is on upper left side of abdomen. If you eat too fast, or swallow a lot of air, or have a hiatal hernia or reflux any of those could cause a feeling of fullness in the left chest. Gastroparesis: No you do not die from gastroparesis. You will have to modify how and what you eat. You should be able ti live a full life. They have to find a cause for the gastroparesis.

Too soon to tell: Are you taking any medications that could be bothering your stomach? These symptoms are nonspecific at this time but could be due to gastritis(inflammation of the gastric lining). At this time i suggest a bland diet, avoidance of caffeine and alcohol. For the bloating try mylanta 1/2 hour after meals and at bedtime.  See your md if symptoms worsen or persist.
