Milia: These are probably tiny cysts called milia however you should see your dermatologist for treatment and evaluation to make sure this is the problem.

Many things: This could be many things, from a stye (infected hair follicle) to a chalazion (back up oil gland) or a skin tag.  See an ophthalmologist.

i have a little bump on the center of my left eyelid that hurts. i can't see a head. i applied a warm compress and it stings --possibly i scratched on my sleep and caused it. i also applied a little bit of petroleum jelly on it. what else can i do?

: If that bump is where the eyelashes come out, you probably have a sty. If it's on the skin between the eyelashes and eyebrow, likely you have a pimple. You did the right thing, keep apply warm compress every 4-6 hours for the next 2 days, no need for k-jelly.

Wash the eye.: Wash the eye with distilled water. You may have to use an ophthalmic ointment. Please consult an Ophthalmologist if it does not improve in 24 hours. If it hurts and light bothers you you may have to use an eye patch.

Bug bite: The bug that hit you probably had enough time to sting you.  This would cause an allergic reaction that may be very painful depending on the toxin. See your family dr. Initially.  If the swelling and pain increase significantly may have to go to er.

You need to consult: with a Neuro Ophthalmologist, or an Ophthalmologist at the very least.  It's the best I can say without seeing what you describe.
